Your datasets and analysis outputs are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete datasets from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, we remove associated user data in accordance with our retention policies.

Datana may use third-party providers for AI inference, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
